Sr Portfolio Manager II

Responsibilities

Working in a team environment, the candidate will analyze, structure, underwrite and present credit recommendations on Asset Based Loan requests and/or modifications. Analyses will include in-depth review of financial statements, projections, and other relevant credit information. Preparation of underwriting documents will also include client exposure strategies, credit risks and mitigants, cash flow repayment analysis, collateral analysis on multiple asset classes, preparation of pricing and risk rating models, and completion of the credit proposal summary in accordance with Citizens Financial Group policy. The position will also include interaction with Bank clients and prospects. The position may include travel primarily for prospect/client meetings and site inspections.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years experience in Asset Based Lending.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Economics preferred.

Successful completion of formal credit training preferred.

Experience with Commercial modeling and risk measurement preferred.

Excellent PC skills in Excel and Microsoft Word.

Ability to coordinate multiple projects and satisfy strict deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Strong organizational and time management skills required.

Ability to prioritize, multitask, and be a self-starter.

Hours and Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
