<title><![CDATA[Audit Manager - (Cranston, Rhode Island)]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[Responsibilities <br/><br/>An exciting opportunity exists on the RBS Group Internal Audit Information Security Team. The Information Security Audit Team is responsible for performing audits of information security controls, policies and procedures across Group’s Information Technology platforms, infrastructure, and programs to ensure that customer, financial, and reputation risks are adequately and effectively managed. The Audit Manager's primary responsibility is to deliver individual audits as the team leader. Audit Managers determine the scope of the audit, how to carry it out and the testing strategy in conjunction with the Sr. Audit Manager. They are responsible for assigning individual tasks and responsibilities related to the delivery of an audit and identifying the issues which need to be raised. They are also responsible for deciding when to involve and escalate to more senior colleagues. Audit Managers will typically lead a team of auditors (typically 2-5) on a project or review basis but generally do not have line management responsibility. However, Audit Managers manage the quality of individuals' work on the audit they are team leading and provide team members with performance feedback.<br/><br/>Group Internal Audit is a high performing audit function, adding value for the benefit of customers, shareholders and staff and acting as a trusted advisor to executive management. <description><![CDATA[Responsibilities <br/><br/>The primary responsibility of the Director of Integrated Stress Testing is to co-ordinate and manage all aspects of integrated stress testing at CFG. Integrated stress testing is a key measurement component within CFG’s material risk assessment/risk appetite frameworks and a cornerstone of recent regulatory guidance on a capital management. This function has material financial and regulatory impact. Working with the EVP-Capital Requirement Forecasting and Stress Testing., the Director of Integrated Stress Testing will oversee the development and implementation of<br/><br> <br> <br> The integrated stress testing governance framework, <br> <br> Formal and informal networks to ensure business unit’s experience and judgment are properly captured and reflected in stress testing results, <br> <br> Standardized stress testing deliverables and reporting, <br> <br> Production of integrated stress test results, <br> <br> Coordination of group and regulatory requirements including the completion of regulatory and group stress testing reports and templates. <br> <br> The incumbent will demonstrate a firm understanding of banking and risk management concepts in a retail and commercial banking context, from multiple accounting and regulatory perspectives. The incumbent will have to interact with a wide range of banking executive on diverse topics both capturing executive insights on future business activity and reporting the results of stress testing exercises. The Director of Integrated Stress Testing will have responsibility the documentation stress testing methodologies, procedures and individual stress test results. The incumbent will have regular contact with RBS Group Finance, Firm Wide Risk, US Regulatory agencies and internal and external audit.<br/> The incumbent will manage production of stress tests results and associated deliverables (financial models, templates, narratives, analyses, etc.) on a quarterly production cycle including the annual CCAR regulatory reporting cycle.Design, test and implement enhancements to stress testing process and reporting.Interact with Senior Management and Board Members, RBS Group Risk, Internal and External Audit, and External Regulatorsto address needs, problems, and recommendations.Other projects as assigned by the Director of Business Strategy, the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Chief Risk Officer, RBS Group staff or Managing Director of Capital Methodology and Strategy. Responsible for managing, mentoring, and providing performance reviews and merit recommendations to direct reports.<br/><br/>Qualifications <br/><br/>The Director of Integrated Stress Testing will need a broad understanding of retail and commercial banking in general, with emphasis on the various risks that may impact a banks results; a broad understanding of sound business practice and regulatory expectations for stress testing and its use in capital management. <title><![CDATA[Consumer Finance Sales Leader - (Williamsville, New York)]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[Responsibilities <br/><br/>The Sales Leader formulates and implements a strategic sales plan within their territory of up to 6 regions. They focus in on the execution of that strategy amongst their 28-34 focus region branches by developing strong relationships with the Retail Bank Regional Managers and Banking Center Managers. Focus Regions are defined as:  5-6 Regions that are managed by Regional Managers often at the SVP level;   60-100 Branch Managers; 250-400 Bankers; 300-500 Tellers.<br/><br/>Sales Leaders cultivate an effective sales environment that allows the Retail partners to meet or exceed quarterly Consumer Finance production goals of up to $67M per region. They are responsible for providing a lift of $21M in annual sales in their designated regions above and beyond previously established goals. Sales Leaders are expected to be subject matter experts in all Consumer Finance products including Credit Card, Consumer Loans, Mortgage Loans, Education Finance and Auto Finance. They are responsible for assessing understanding and aptitude within each region on product knowledge.  They determine what knowledge about each product line needs to be delivered and then create a plan to educate all branch colleagues within their assigned regions on the necessary information. There is a need for frequent evaluation and measurement of colleague understanding. <title><![CDATA[Dir Wholesale Funding\Liq - (Providence, Rhode Island)]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[Responsibilities <br/><br/>Manage all wholesale funding activities at CFG and its bank subsidiaries, including both strategy and tactics.  Wholesale funding is concentrated in FHLB advances but also includes money market borrowings (Fed Funds, Euros), brokered MMDAs and CDs, street and customer repos, as well as secured government banking deposits.<br/><br/><br>Manage CFG’s access to sources of contingent liquidity, mainly by ensuring appropriate availability of unencumbered high-quality collateral (loans and securities).  Such contingent sources mainly include the advance programs of FHLBs (Boston and Pittsburgh) and the emergency borrowing facilities of the Federal Reserve (Boston and Philadelphia), such as the Discount Window and any future TAF like programs.<br/><br/><br>Manage and influence pricing of assets and liabilities broadly across CFG.  Provide strong oversight of the pricing of commercial deposits.  Serve as a subject matter expert on, and perhaps as manager of, funds transfer pricing methodologies.<br/><br/><br>Provide critical leadership influencing all aspects of balance sheet structure.  Develop strong cooperative working relationships with other senior managers within CFG Treasury, whose responsibilities focus on the management of capital adequacy, investment and hedge portfolios,  structural interest rate risk (ALM), and operational / regulatory risks.<br/><br/><br>Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with CFG executives, as a trusted adviser to senior management regarding strategic and tactical management of CFG’s balance sheet, including (but not limited to) economic and financial market conditions, liquidity risk management and wholesale funding strategies, customer-based funding strategies, management of access to loan collateral and deployment of free securities, as well as potential acquisitions or sales of businesses.<br/><br/><br>Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with RBS Group Treasury, including treasury management at other legal entities within RBS Americas, specifically focusing on liquidity risk management.<br/><br/><br>Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank regulators and public policy makers at the Fed, OCC and FDIC.  Serve as a subject matter expert in discussions with these regulators and policymakers on liquidity risk management and funding markets.<br/><br/><br>Providing leadership in the markets and community via important board memberships, public speaking engagements and relationships with public policy makers, especially the Fed.<br/><br/><br>Provide senior level backup for the Treasurer on management of both Treasury and the balance sheet.<br/>  <br/><br/>Qualifications <br/><br/>15-20 years of market leading Treasury experience at a top ten U.S. or money center bank.<br/><br/><br>Industry leading knowledge of financial markets and economics.<br/><br/><br>Track record of positively influencing the structure of markets and public policies.<br/><br/><br>Demonstrated involvement in and high level relationships within the industry and public sector. <br/><br/><br>Track record of success leading and building high performing treasury organizations within large, complex financial institutions.<br/>  <br/><br/>Hours and Work Schedule <br/><br/>Hours per Week:   40<br/><br/><br>Work Schedule:    Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM<br/>  <br/><br/>Equal Employment Opportunity <br/><br/>It is the policy of RBS Citizens, N.A. to provide equal employment and advancement opportunities to all colleagues and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, genetic information, pregnancy, veteran or military status, marital or domestic partner status, or any other factor protected by federal, state, and/or local laws.<br>371825]]></description>
