<description><![CDATA[Responsibilities <br/><br/>The P2P Business Support Project Manager will primarily coordinate the efforts of a team of 10 focused on the continued development and execution of the Compliant Purchasing ‘Center of Excellence’ based on a standard procure to pay process and facilitated by Oracle iProcurement and Purchasing. The Shared Services Compliant Purchasing activity will include oversight of the management of purchasing and payment risk, contract financials, and overall supply base management activity for each business across RBS Americas.<br/> Responsibilities<br/><br> <br> <br> Deliver and manage a world class procure to pay program. <br> <br> Assure effective supply chain risk management and supply base rationalization in business line(s) evidenced by metrics. <br> <br> Deliver streamlined purchasing processes and compliant purchasing channels that provide a high level of customer satisfaction and efficiency in order processing and customer support. <br> <br> Provide excellent engagement with key business stakeholders to ensure services/support contributes added value/benefit to CFG. <br> <br> Utilize appropriate project management processes and skills to provide a collaborative approach to delivery, liaising with program sponsors, effectively formulating plans and producing relevant reports and outputs at specific stages within the project lifecycle to evidence performance and successful completion. <br> <br> Drive adherence to the Dealing With External Supply Policy across RBS Americas <br> <br> Working with senior Business Partner stakeholders to develop a streamlined, and sometimes reengineered, purchasing processes for the business, creating efficiencies and value for the business <br> <br> Development of Compliant Purchasing training content and toolkit built upon the value and principles of strategic Procurement to Payment and the Dealing with External Supply policy. <br> <br> Development and execution of a training program that will be utilized to educate both the Procurement Services and Shared Services teams and the RBS Americas business. <br> <br> Aligning the procurement to pay program to the contract management program and the Third Party Assurance program <br> <br> Identify and manage the risk, minimizing the outcomes and escalating where appropriate.
