<title><![CDATA[Vendor Contract Manager - (Smithfield, Rhode Island)]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[Responsibilities <br/><br/>HR outsources services to approx 150 vendors and this role is accountable for managing a number of them working collaboratively with the Policy/Process owner responsible for the service being provided by the vendor. <br/><br/><br> <br/> The position will:<br/><br> <br> <br> Provide centralized expertise and guidance on the Group Policy Framework Contract Management Policy Standard <br> <br> Ensure effective and consistent Contract Management activities in line with the Group Policy Framework Contract Management Policy Standard    <br> <br> Work closely with Procurement Services to ensure robust contract management <br> <br> Work with HR COE’s to identify any gaps within Contract Management activities and suggest remediation, as required and appropriate <br> <br> Support strategic direction of the service requirements <br> <br> Actively engaged in the Vendor selection, renewal & termination processes <br> <br> Active participation in contract negotiation process <br> <br> Manage, monitor & support continuous improvement activity with suppliers as applicable <br> <br> Monitor and measure appropriate operational Key Performance Indicators for selected contracts <br> <br> Manage contracts on an on-going basis in a risk and value based model <br> <br> Manage Third Party Assurance,  Information Security and other Corporate Governance requirements <br> <br> Manage ongoing issue resolution <br> <br> Contribute to enterprise level reporting for each applicable contract <br> <br> Support budget process <br> <br>  <br/><br/>Qualifications <br/><br/>Experience of managing multiple stakeholders, both internal & external<br/><br/><br>Experience of managing vendors. <description><![CDATA[Responsibilities <br/><br/>This Sourcing Group Manager will focus on the Telecommunications category which includes all voice and data networks, hardware, software and services.  You will work with your colleagues on the Global Network Team and the global Procurement team to ensure that we optimize value from our suppliers.<br/> You will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies in conjunction with technical leaders within RBS Citizens N.A. and across the RBS Group’s Americas brands.
