Senior relationship manager responsible for soliciting and servicing a wide variety of commercial loans and lines of credit, both secured and unsecured.  Cross-sells bank services.  Incumbents typically handle the most complex accounts, sensitive client relationships, difficult negotiations, and credit assessments on an independent basis.  Conducts customer meetings and interviews.  Provides analytical guidance to credit analysts and/or portfolio managers as client's credit worthiness is evaluated.  Recommends structure and terms for credit approval on loans requiring a high level of lending experience.  Position is typically held by an individual contributor with aggressive sales goals.
 

Qualifications

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
 8-10+ years of related commercial experience
 Exceptional business development and credit quality results
 In-depth understanding of bank products and credit guidelines
 

Hours and Work Schedule

Hours per Week:   40


Work Schedule:    Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
