<title><![CDATA[Director Corporate Finance - (Stamford, Connecticut)]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[Responsibilities <br/><br/>Provide RBS Citizens Healthcare business unit,  corporate finance, equity valuation, relative value analysis, comparable analysis, syndication and distribution support for senior debt financings, as well as, full capital structure analysis including second lien, mezzanine debt and debt capacity analysis, Advise client teams on appropriate capital structure, coordinate with syndication and capital markets professionals on execution strategies and mobilize the necessary RBS and Citizens resources against those client opportunities. Qualify new banking opportunities collaboratively with capital markets, credit underwriting and relationship teams. Participate in portfolio reviews, responding to pre-screen memos and in the ordinary course.   Establish presentation time lines, coordinate and mobilize internal capital market resources and develop pitch concepts.   In effect, partner with CFG capital markets and syndication professionals, and RBS Securities Inc to design optimal capital structure execution strategies.  Architect pitch idea presentations and oversee creation of same by junior staff.  Establish and cultivate healthcare and financial sponsor relationships.   Prepare and manage analysts & associates in the preparation of offering materials to potential investors.  Negotiate critical structural elements with client and investors. Manage distribution process to successful closing of transaction.  Liaise with risk management to ensure that appropriate credit and market risks are identified and addressed. <title><![CDATA[Sr Portfolio Manager II - (Stamford, Connecticut)]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[Responsibilities <br/><br/>The Portfolio Manager (PM) position in Technology Banking is a multi-faceted role responsible for both the management of an existing portfolio of loans and the underwriting of new loans.  PMs provide primary client management support for an assigned portfolio of loans and may assist in directing less experienced portfolio managers or credit analysts.  The role supports Relationship Managers in all aspects of servicing customers and converting prospects including: routine and special servicing matters, assisting with customer presentations, and managing research and marketing material for client prospecting.  PM typically accompanies Relationship Manager when servicing clients and seeks opportunities to cross-sell additional financial products.<br/>  The role requires the following skills: 1) strong credit acumen; 2) excellent communication skills; 3) strong business writing skills; 4) experience managing client interaction; 5) due diligence analysis; 6) understanding of bank regulation and compliance; 7) ability to work well with internal and external clients; and, 8) high level of initiative and capability to work independently on financings and other responsibilities.  PMs will need to interact with customers independently to address non-routine client servicing matters in addition to risk related items.  Candidates must have excellent computer, excel modeling, and powerpoint skills.  Position requires experience with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, public SEC filings, rating agency reports, and equity research reports for industry and comparable analysis.  <br/>  The position will require constant interaction with business line managers, product partners, credit risk management, and colleagues throughout RBS Citizens, its parent, and subsidiaries.
