Producing Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Generate mortgage applications for the CCO Mortgage.  Meet sales goals and objectives.  Manage sales team to call on Real Estate Brokers, Developers, CPA's and other referral sources to obtain mortgage leads.  Recruit and develop and manage quality sales team that generates quality loans compliant with CCO Mortgage policies and procedures.  Maintain a broad understanding of products, guidelines and pricing strategies.
 

Qualifications

4 years of mortgage experience.

Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Minimum 2 years management experience in the mortgage industry.

Excellent sales presentation and marketing skills.

Excellent written, organizational and communication skills required.

Outstanding interpersonal skills.

Working knowledge of FNMA-DU/FHLMC

Successful candidate must meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including, but not limited to successful completion of the required background checks and obtaining a Unique Identifier from the NMLRS
 

Hours and Work Schedule

Hours per Week:   40

Work Schedule:    Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
