Finance Manager II

Responsibilities

Delivering financial reporting, budgets and forecasts for supported business units Coordinate support, review and challenge of divisional business cases with primary aim to provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities including ensuring use of resources are optimized.  Develop governance and assurance processes to ensure accurate budgets and forecasts.   Ensure business unit(s) meets its obligations to Group Business Services in respect of financial targets.        Maintain and develop controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards.      The Finance Manager II is a member of the Business Services Functional Decision Support team for the U.S region providing financial and commercial support to the RBS Citizens Business Services team.
This is an individual contributor role which reports to the Senior Finance Manager / Finance Director who in turn reports to the RBS Citizens Business Services CFO. 
 

Qualifications

Finance or Accounting Degree with demonstrated experience in financial analysis 5  – 7 years work experience involving financial and/ or business analysis Effective leadership skills Superior written / verbal communication skills Strong PC skills with ability to manipulate data in Microsoft Office Ability to interact with all levels of management  

Hours and Work Schedule

Hours per Week:   40

Work Schedule:    Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
