<title><![CDATA[PRD Executive Service Advocate - (Cranston, Rhode Island)]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[Responsibilities <br/><br/>Primarily responsible for responding to and resolving complaints directed to Executive Services by Regulatory Agencies or Executive Leadership. Utilizes superior knowledge of internal products and services in conjunction with a strong understanding of Banking Regulations and a risk environment. Provides best in class complaint handling and problem resolution services for customers and colleagues. Works closely with customers and business partners to respond to the most escalated and complex issues. Primarily responds in writing to escalated issues received by members of Executive Leadership or referred directly by a Regulatory authority. Utilizes outstanding Customer Experience skills in both telephone and written communication to internal and external customers.
