<description><![CDATA[Responsibilities <br/><br/>Manage Teams performing advanced analysis of larger business problem utilizing statistical, operational research and data mining techniques. <br> <br> Perform advanced financial analysis, collecting information to be used in a analytical context and delivered to requestor. <br> <br> Write full requirements for analysis of overall business problem, separating specific issues and hypothesis to be tested.  Detail analysis and flow of report to be executed by other analysts on the team. <br> <br> Define timelines, deliverables, and tasks for different analysts and colleagues on the project team. <br> <br> Communicate results in visually appealing and comprehendable format; provide interpretation and next steps of the analysis.  <br> <br> During project execution communicate delivery expectations, manage project execution and completion. <br> <br> Extract and manipulate data for creation and advanced statistical or quantitative analysis of CF portfolio and Key Performance Indicators, as well as supporting Marketing initiatives. <br> <br> Create analysis using multi-dimensional database analytics tools. <br> <br> Retrieve and organize data relevant to analysis on hand. <br> <br> Review analysis plan and advanced technique fundamentals (in layman terms) with key stakeholders providing perspective and changes to accomplish technical and business goals. <br> <br> Review and confirm accuracy, consistency and theoretical soundness of analysis performed by other analysts. <br> <br> Use descriptive profiling and exploratory data mining to create advanced analytics solutions leveraging statistical and financial modeling. <br> <br> Oversee execution of statistical, operations research, or other advanced data manipulation designed by Lead Analyst. <br> <br> Drive analytical solution using segmentation, decision tree, survival analysis, marketing affinity, multivariate statistical modeling, clustering  and experimental design techniques. Measure and evaluate risk around marketing programs such as response, retention, loyalty, etc <br> <br> Engage BDA and customer stakeholders on potential solutions to mission critical business problems, defining potential solutions or a framework to find an approach to solve them. <br> <br> Promote engagement with the business by demonstrating professionalism and enthusiasm when handling requests for analysis and reports. <br> <br> Actively engage with the broader team(s) on projects, requests, events, workouts etc. taking leadership role as required. Present to senior leadership when appropriate on relevant projects. <br> <br> Perform other job functions, when identified, in support of organizational goals. <br> <br/><br/>Qualifications <br/><br/>Bachelor Degree in Statistics, Computer Sciences, Math, Social Sciences (quantitative concentration), Business Management required <br> <br> Masters Degree in Statistics, Computer Sciences, Math, Social Sciences (quantitative concentration) preferred. <br> <br> Able to present complicated analytical material in a concise and compelling manner to C-level managers. Also able to translate sophisticated statistical concepts into language that non-quantitative audiences can understand.  <br> <br> Experience with SQL and mastery of SAS  <br> <br> Strong desktop computer skills including  spreadsheets, databases, and word processing (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access). Able to create user interfaces as well as macros, modules, and functions. <br> <br> Proven skills in data extraction, manipulation and presentation. Can identify new techniques for improving data processes. <br> <br> Attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
