Our Loan Officers are encouraged to participate in business related development opportunities, community efforts to promote home ownership and professional organizations.  You will be responsible for interviewing new and existing customers to determine their loan needs and advising those customers of appropriate products, terms, and pricing, while gather any additional required information. It will be necessary to generate complete mortgage applications, ensuring appropriate procedures and policies are followed, while meeting sales goals and objectives.<br/>  <br/><br/>Qualifications <br/><br/>BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in residential mortgage sales preferred<br/><br/><br>Three plus years of retail residential mortgage sales experience<br/><br/><br>Documented residential mortgage loan volume in the past 12 months of $12 million (minimum)<br/><br/><br>Established relationships with local referral networks<br/><br/><br>Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, across a variety of audiences<br/><br/><br>Strong computer skills and experience utilizing laptop technology<br/><br/><br>Successful candidate must meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including, but not limited to successful completion of the required background checks and obtaining a Unique Identifier from the NMLRS. <title><![CDATA[Team Leader - (Home, Pennsylvania)]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[Responsibilities <br/><br/>CFG is embarking on a significant initiative to define an Enterprise Data Initiative (EDI) Strategy and implement that strategy through data warehouses, data marts, analytical and reporting tools, and an operational oversight hub.  The EIM Senior Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Analyst is a member of the BPR team of specialists responsible for working across CFG to ensure that these tools and services are implemented and that existing business applications and processes are integrated or migrated.  The Senior BPR Analyst works with all EDI projects and affected business partners to ensure that project beneficiaries have upgraded their day-to-day business processes and intergroup interactions, and ensure that User testing activities incorporate re-designed processes. <br/><br/>The reengineering projects for the EDI program include redesign of businesses processes which are the root cause of data quality issues; integration of EDI master data management for customer, product and master reference data; replacement of the current business reporting solution with the centralized EDI Data Warehouse and standard reporting solution; and creation of EIM operating model for data management and data quality.  <br/><br/>The Senior BPR Analyst reviews and assesses processes, conducts workflow analysis and determines how processes can be improved with resources and tools.  He/she interviews business stakeholders to identify problem areas, assess current state, and proposes the business solution design including identifying technology options, organization structure and job design.  Also, he/she contributes to the cost and benefit analysis, business case development, and participates in continuous process improvement including implementing ongoing changes and defining performances measurement.  <br/><br/>This role independently executes assignments while applying standards established by BPR group.  The Senior Analyst manages his/her workload and is attentive to detail and accuracy, committed to excellence, looks for improvements continuously, owns/acts on quality problems,  and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines.  <br/><br/>The Senior BPR Analyst reports to the BPR Unit Manager and participates in direct and matrix managed project efforts.  The Senior BPR Analyst interacts with a diverse group of peers and subordinates including business stakeholders, consultants, Technology, Architecture, and other project teams within CFG.  <br/><br/>This role requires a person who is interested instaying abreast of the latest tools and methods in business process re-design, is in command of critical issues, and works to acquire and develop new skills.<br/>  <br/><br/>Qualifications <br/><br/>Six Sigma certification.<br/><br/><br>7+ years experience with methodologies in business process, project management, SDLC and organizational redesign experience.   <br/><br/><br>Demonstrated experience successfully implementing change in organizations for enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional large scale initiatives.<br/><br/><br>Project experience in data analysis, profiling and cleansing; master data management, data warehouse implementation, and analytical reporting is preferred.<br/><br/><br>Strong commercial and retail banking domain knowledge.   Includes aspects of the operating environment of a financial institution: regarding controls, audit/compliance/regulatory considerations, information protection, etc. <br/><br/><br>Excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities. Includes problem structuring, analysis and ability to translate information into actionable implications and recommendations.<br/><br/><br>Facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills. Proficiency in negotiating priorities and resolving conflicts among project stakeholders. Able to influence others and function effectively in a collaborative work environment.   Works successfully with multidisciplinary teams.<br/><br/><br>Excellent written and verbal capabilities.  Communicates effectively with business, technology, and senior audiences. <br/><br/><br>Strong organizational skills.  Prioritizes and manages multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.<br/><br/><br>Active learner.
