<description><![CDATA[Responsibilities <br/><br/>Engage current and potential customers in the aisles, at the check-out counter, and at the front door of the host retail partner. <br> <br> Set prospect meetings at initial contact or through proactive follow-up to gain an understanding of customer’s unique banking needs. <br> <br> Establish customer relationships, conduct telephone prospecting, outbound calls, follow-up and face-to-face meetings. <br> <br> Demonstrate a deep understanding of products and present benefits by cross-selling to existing and new customers. <br> <br> Achieve personal sales goals and actively participate in branch sales and marketing activities. <br> <br> Exercise strong decision making abilities and problem solving skills. <br> <br> Embody our customer commitments to accountability, community, innovation and accessibility. <br> <br> Accurately conduct teller credit and debit transactions in compliance with established bank policies and procedures. <description><![CDATA[Responsibilities <br/><br/>The Business Banking Officer will solicit the business of small businesses with up to $5M in annual revenue in a defined territory. The BBO will collaborate with branch staff, along with the use networking and referral activities, to identify small business prospects.  Solicits new Business Banking customers in assigned territory (extensive travel required), utilizing sales profiling process to identify needs and make product recommendations to prospects.   Maintains high level of product knowledge and service and works effectively with assigned branches and internal Business Partners to generate leads. Contact customers and prospects as required to schedule sales appointments.  Effectively use all the tools to acquire new business relationships, including cold calling and participation in local and community activities.  Utilize the DRIVE sales activities to identify customer needs and manage the sales process.
