Responsibilities
Generate mortgage applications for CCO Mortgage. Meet sales goals and objectives. Call on existing and potential customers in order to retain existing accounts, as well as develop new accounts. Interview applicants to develop information regarding their product needs and determine appropriate product, terms, and pricing.
Qualifications
4+ years of residential mortgage sales experience.
Minimum $12M in annual closed loan volume.
Referral network required.
Excellent written skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills required.
Outstanding interpersonal skills.
Bachelor degree preferred.
Hours and Work Schedule
Hours per week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
