Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the transmitting loans for Agency sales (Fannie Mar, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae) allocated in pools by our Secondary Marketing Department for MBS and Cash loan sales
  • Review and endorse collateral documentation in accordance with agency guidelines
  • Assemble collateral and pool schedule documentation required for delivery to custodian for certification purposes
  • Research, document and communicate all edits that do not adhere to agency requirements and update originations system edit problems
  • Verification of ending pool balance totals
  • Notify Secondary Marketing Department when process for transmission and all identified edits have been completed
  • Update originations system and Secondary Marketing Module with ship dates
  • Retrieve funding notices from agency websites and distribute to the appropriate parties
  • Assist in the review and submission of repurchase file requests to investors
  • Ensure that files are complete in accordance with agency checklists

 

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years previously securitization experience
  • Knowledge of agency requirements and guidelines to include, but limited to transmissions tasks to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae along with collateral documentation requirements
  • Strong spelling, grammar and proofing skills required.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Manages time well and able to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong  customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and extreme attention to detail
  • Able to adapt to changes or unexpected events
  • Excellent decision making and supporting evidence skill set
  • Working knowledge of all standard Windows and Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to work overtime as needed, including weekends due to volumes and deadlines as required.

 

Hours and Work Schedule

Hours per Week:   40
Work Schedule:    Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
