<title><![CDATA[Vice Pres I Corporate Finance - (Boston, Massachusetts)]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[Responsibilities <br/><br/>Provide corporate finance, equity valuation, relative value analysis, comparable analysis, syndication and distribution support for senior debt financings, as well as, full capital structure analysis including second lien, mezzanine debt and debt capacity analysis, Advise client teams on appropriate capital structure, coordinate with syndication and capital markets professionals on execution strategies and mobilize the necessary RBS and Citizens resources against those client opportunities. Qualify new banking opportunities collaboratively with capital markets, credit underwriting and relationship teams. Participate in portfolio reviews, responding to pre-screen memos and in the ordinary course.   Establish presentation time lines, coordinate and mobilize internal capital market resources and develop pitch concepts.   Partner with CFG capital markets and syndication professionals, and RBS Securities Inc to design optimal capital structure execution strategies.  Architect pitch idea presentations and oversee creation of same by junior staff.    Liaise with risk management to ensure that appropriate credit and market risks are identified and addressed.
