<description><![CDATA[Responsibilities <br/><br/>The Partnership Product Manager manages an unsecured loan product line. The incumbent has primary product, profitability, & strategic planning responsibility for our newly created loan product partnerships.  This is a unique role combining a product management executive role with an affinity marketing relationship manager role.  This business line is in its infancy and will require start-up effort to create profitable growth.  With the customer experience design being critical, this role will have a strong focus on customer process design and distribution strategy and simplicity.  This executive will build & manage the Partnership unsecured product, P&L ownership, set pricing, manage product portfolios, manage risk, and manage the operational soundness of the product.  This executive will also have primary relationship management responsibility with key executives inside of our strategic partners.  The role will drive significant cross sell growth for TruFit Student loans from the Partner customer base and substantially increase profitability across the student customer base.  The candidate will have close partnership responsibilities with Retail Distribution, Marketing, Finance, Treasury, Technology, and Servicing.  This role will have a significant executive interaction requirement.<br/>  This new business will be responsible for over $10mm in pretax earnings over 4 years, managing over 200,000 customer applications per year, booking over $100mm in annual volume, and managing a loan portfolio growing to over $500mm.<br/>  A successful candidate will have a proven track record for starting up product lines from inception and profitability growing them.<br/>  A results driven banking executive with broad experience in the financial services industry including retail banking, consumer credit, and affinity marketing.  Must be adept at all aspects of the product management discipline.  A strong change agent and independent self-starter with demonstrated ability to build teams and focus on the customer experience.<br/>  Progressive leadership positions marked by entrepreneurial endeavours and a strong track record of innovating, developing, managing and creatively marketing new product opportunities and enhancements to existing products to profitably extend the company’s brand and grow its market position. <br/> Manage all products that fall under the Partnership relationship, P&L, and Strategic Plan. S/he will work in close collaboration with product management, advertising, direct marketing, treasury, finance, C&BB Management and Wealth Management peers and Executives to optimize retail distribution, and to develop products and services to support CFG’s customer segments.<br/><br/><br>The Head of Deposit Products and Investment Marketing will personally influence the commitment to customer-focused products and services and will have significant input on new product development and management.
