<title><![CDATA[Implementation Manager - (Jersey City, New Jersey)]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[Responsibilities <br/><br/>Please note that the employing entity for this position is RBS NV.<br/> The main responsibility of an Implementation Manager is to ensure that the products and services sold to clients by the Sales Team are properly implemented in a timely fashion to ensure that revenue related to these products and services is realized as quickly as possible.<br/> To manage a portfolio of customer projects of varying complexity, each covering the entire span of milestones and activities from advising Sales up to and including the hand-over to Operations and Client Services.  A part of the process will also include project evaluation and lessons learned.  The Implementation Manager will help define, plan and execute the delivery of customer solutions in close partnership with the client, the Sales person, the Proposal Team, the Sales Team Leader, the Client Service Department (including the groups within Client Service  supporting the implementation, such as Delivery Channel Services, Channel Integration and the Documentation department), as well as with Credit.  His/her focus (beyond the actual implementation) will be to improve the efficiency of the process and further the timely conversion of mandated to booked revenue.  The continuing goal will remain improving time to revenue.<br/><br> <br> <br> Execute the project management processes (structure, plan, control, assess, report, conclude). <br> <br> Consult with the Sales person, Proposal Team and Relationship Bankers with regard to scope, (technical) feasibility, cost, quality and risk of the solutions offered to the client. <br> <br> Participate in pre-mandate assistance with Sales (Proposals, Client visits). <br> <br> Consult with Delivery Channel Services, Channel Integration, Operations, Product Management, and the Documentation department to plan for and obtain qualified resources for the implementation “team”. <br> <br> Assemble the implementation “team” and ensure the project communication processes as well as roles and responsibilities are well defined. <br> <br> Develop detailed project plans and/or plan of approach documents, validate revenue forecasts, complete required reporting using an internal tracking tool ( GTS Pipeline) as required; determine impacts and timelines as changes occur giving status updates to all relevant parties.  <br> <br> Conduct regular project status meetings with internal as well as client representatives to monitor the progress of projects, elevates key issues to the appropriate channels. <br> <br> Perform post-implementation reviews to determine improvement needs in the implementation process. <br> <br> Often responsible for projects outside the direct scope of and actual implementation which will help improve and further our business. <br> <br>  <br/><br/>Qualifications <br/><br/>Bachelor's degree or 7 years experience <br> <br> Minimum 4 years Project Management experience <br> <br> Treasury Operations experience <br> <br> Client focused with excellent customer service skills <br> <br> Computer literate (windows, e-mail, internet, MS-Project, PowerPoint) <br> <br> Good communication skills both written and oral <br> <br> Strong presentation skills <br> <br> Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of client contacts (including Senior Management) <br> <br> Good Level of Product knowledge of payments / collections / electronic banking / liquidity structures <br> <br> Entrepreneurial in style, driving aggressively for bottom-line improvements and delivering revenues in a cost effective and timely manner <br> <br> Team player - developing and maintaining effective relationships based on understanding of other people’s perspectives and interests (within as well as outside the organization). <br> <br> Market orientation (displays comprehensive awareness of market and technological developments and uses this knowledge effectively) <br> <br> Decisive <br> <br> Global perspective, ability to operate successfully as part of the global team <br> <br> Excellent English <br> <br> Good influencing and negotiation skills <br> <br> Good analytical skills <br> <br> Good knowledge and understanding of the RBS N.V. <description><![CDATA[Responsibilities <br/><br/>Please note that the employing entity for this position is RBS NV.<br/><br/>As a member of the RBS Americas Anti-Money Laundering Quality Assurance team, the Compliance Quality Assurance Officer (“QA Officer”) is responsible for planning, executing, evaluating and advancing of periodic quality assurance reviews of key compliance controls and processes of RBS Americas, including RBS NV and CFG.  The QA Officer also maintains on-going working relationship with the reviewed businesses and units and assists the management in improvement and maintenance of robust compliance controls and processes.  Primary responsibilities include:<br/><br/><br> Plan and independently conduct annual risk assessments for Anti-Money Laundering and economic sanctions controls.
