Focus Regions are defined as:  5-6 Regions that are managed by Regional Managers often at the SVP level;   60-100 Branch Managers; 250-400 Bankers; 300-500 Tellers.<br/><br/>Sales Leaders cultivate an effective sales environment that allows the Retail partners to meet or exceed quarterly Consumer Finance production goals of up to $67M per region. They are responsible for providing a lift of $21M in annual sales in their designated regions above and beyond previously established goals. Sales Leaders are expected to be subject matter experts in all Consumer Finance products including Credit Card, Consumer Loans, Mortgage Loans, Education Finance and Auto Finance. They are responsible for assessing understanding and aptitude within each region on product knowledge.  They determine what knowledge about each product line needs to be delivered and then create a plan to educate all branch colleagues within their assigned regions on the necessary information.
