<title><![CDATA[Vice President Foreign Corporate Division - (New York, New York)]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[Responsibilities <br/><br/>Managing a portfolio of corporate clients, consisting of U.S. subsidiaries of foreign multi-national companies, primarily European general industrials, as well as U.S. companies in the business services "space." Lead role in all credit actions for portfolio, including underwriting and presenting loans for approvals. Ensuring client exposures underwritten to Bank’s standards and conducts continuous monitoring to ensure acceptable risk profile and ongoing compliance.  Developing exposure management strategies in concert with client relationship strategy developed by relationship managers.<br/><br/><br>Independent calling and client facing activities with all clients in portfolio, as well as partnering with relationship managers in client prospecting and pitching.  Leading client presentations regarding structuring of senior credit facilities.  Negotiating and closing credit requests with clients/prospects, while ensuring debt structuring balances customer needs with risk. Providing Relationship Managers with assistance on specific project requests relating to the Commercial Banking Team’s goals and objectives.
