Responsibilities

Marketing to Mid-Corp clients and prospects; Marketing to sports leagues and franchises; some travel is required. Maintain existing relationships with Mid-Corp clients and generate new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients through an active calling program to include direct calling as well as calls on referral sources/centers of influence and investment banks. Maintain current knowledge of debt capital market trends and products by working with RBS counterparts. Maintain product knowledge in traditional categories including cash management, international and derivatives.  Work closely with portfolio managers on the team to clearly identify and monitor risk profile movements in specific companies and the portfolio in general.  Participate in presentations to credit committee.
 

Qualifications

  Bachelor’s Degree in business, economics, finance or accounting or equivalent work experience.

10+ years of successful commercial lending experience with relevant institution; sports lending experience, commercial bank or investment bank.  

Successful completion of a formal commercial credit training program.

Existing knowledge of assigned marketplace is a strong plus.

Advanced analytical, loan structuring, underwriting, documentation, credit, and administrative skills.

Proficiency in PC applications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 

Hours and Work Schedule

Hours per Week:   40

Work Schedule:    Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
