<title><![CDATA[Senior Reporting Analyst - (Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania)]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[Responsibilities <br/><br/>The Senior Reporting Analyst has strong data acquisition, management and manipulation skills that are used to support decision making and performance management working in the MI & Analysis Delivery team.  It is this individual’s responsibilities to produce meaningful management reporting for the C&BB franchise within Service Level Agreement standards using a variety of desktop tools, spread sheet applications, and databases.  This is done by maintaining and developing new analytics and reporting for Branch Banking, Business Banking, Wealth Management, and across support groups.  This individual will also actively engage with the broader team(s) on projects, requests, events, and workouts while taking on leadership role on teams as needed.  Overall the position requires an individual with excellent data skills and the ability to work cross functionally with different business lines and senior leadership.<br/> Position consults with senior LOB Managers to understand business needs and provides management information and analysis to support decision making and performance management.  Designs and maintains the organizational reporting hierarchy to support  performance management, incentives and business decisions across C&BB and RBS America.<br/> Actively consult with C&BB line mangers to understand business needs and recommend the best selection and utilization of reports and MI.  Position is also the owner of the design, maintenance and integrity of the Management Reporting Organizational Hierarchy used by all areas business and support areas of RBS America.<br/> Position represents primary contact for line managers into the MI Delivery group.<br/> Perform data acquisition, manipulation and input to reporting systemsusing desktop tools. Produce meaningful management reporting for the C&BB franchise within Service Level Agreement standards.  Ensures data integrity with continuous testing and verification exercises.  Support recommendations for change.<br/> Development of new analytics.  Also train MI and partner area colleagues in the modification of existing reports and production of new reports.<br/> Actively engage with the broader team(s) on projects, requests, events, workouts etc. taking on leadership role on teams as needed.<br/> Interacts with Retail Director and Regional-level leadership in Branch Banking, Business Banking or Wealth Mgmt, as well as next level down (Branch Manager, BBO or FC).<br/> Also works with peer exempt-level support colleagues across C&BB and partners.<br/> Provides data and management information that are used to make decisions or drive action in the performance management of colleagues, branches, regions, markets and the LOB.<br/>  <br/><br/>Qualifications <br/><br/>Advanced desktop computer and application skills including spreadsheets, databases, vendor solutions, online programs, and various other MS programs (Excel, Access, SQL) <br> <br> Proven skills in data extraction, manipulation, and presentation for numerous file formats and source systems. <br> <br> Attention to detail and data reconciliation skills in the process of translating data into information <br> <br> Ability to build repeatable processes that are streamlined, automated, and macro driven <br> <br> Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills. <br> <br> Experience training others on processes and procedures <br> <br> Three to Five years experience recommended <br> <br> Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively <br> <br> Experience developing reports <br> <br> Attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills. <br> <br>  <br/><br/>Hours and Work Schedule <br/><br/>Hours per Week:   40<br/><br/><br>Work Schedule:    Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM<br/>  <br/><br/>Equal Employment Opportunity <br/><br/>It is the policy of Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania to provide equal employment and advancement opportunities to all colleagues and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, genetic information, pregnancy, veteran or military status, marital or domestic partner status, or any other factor protected by federal, state, and/or local laws.<br>386132]]></description>
