<title><![CDATA[CMCS Deposit Specialist - (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania)]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[Responsibilities <br/><br/>Deposit Specialist will support teams of Middle Market and Commercial Enterprise Banking colleagues and their portfolio clients employing deposit and cash management product knowledge. The portfolio includes Clients with moderately complex account structures and multiple affiliate relationships. Daily responsibilities include, applying and enforcing risk mitigation controls, maintaining a high level of data stewardship, adhering to Bank policies, procedures and federal regulations as applicable, while providing exceptional service to commercial clients.<br/> General knowledge of Commercial account documentation requirements and products and limited legal documentation knowledge is required. Colleague could be responsible for transferring client funds up to $10MM in compliance with Federal regulations.<br/> Review, assess and interpret internal and external documentation for adherence to Bank policies, procedures and federal regulations to mitigate operational, documentation, reputation risk as appropriate. Take independent action to rectify any inaccuracies or exceptions.<br/> Ensure the accuracy of critical data across databases and systems of record to prevent negative impact to Client and/or Bank.<br/> Implement effective controls and proactively initiate action over key client indicators and manage portfolio within the established Key Performance Metrics (KPMs).<br/> Proactively anticipates risk issues and takes action to influence and initiate solutions.<br/> Colleague would handle multiple demands and competing priorities while meeting deadlines associated with maintaining portfolio compliance with policies and procedures.<br/> Position includes participation in various project and data analysis to satisfy management and Corporate mandates, provide status reports to CBCS Team Leader/Manager. Complete assignments according to established timeline<br/> Consistently maintain a state of internal and external audit readiness.<br/> With supervisor input, resolve customer issues appropriately with minimal involvement from Relationship Manager in a timely manner. <title><![CDATA[BCS Loan Processor II - (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania)]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[Responsibilities <br/><br/>The Business Credit Services Loan Processor  II  receives and reviews electronic and paper documents for filing within credit files, supports the transfer of credit and legal files, and provides general operational support for the BCS Loan Operations department.  Communicates with both internal and external customers identifying required information and provides status updates to interested parties.  Maintains/updates appropriate systems, determines and orders necessary due diligence, assists with the transfer of credits supports the maintenance of Credit Files and the overall preparation of a file for underwriting as specified in accordance with the Policies and Procedures established by BCS Loan Operations.   <br/> Position is responsible for the filing of all documentation in the virtual credit files for Business Banking and Commercial Enterprise Banking.  Position is the primary resource for the physical exchange of files within BCS and with external business partners. <br/> Credit files are permanent records maintained for customers.  Accuracy of filings is critical. <br/>  <br/><br/>Qualifications <br/><br/>A Bachelor's degree is required or 10 years of relevant experience.  A minimum of 3 years in Banking and/or Financial Services.<br/> Highly motivated and is team-oriented.  Analytical ability to expedite moderately complex problem resolution.<br/> Highly-effective written and oral communication skills to provide exceptional customer service and to communicate with clients, colleagues and all levels of management.
