<title><![CDATA[Sr. Implementation Manager - (Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania)]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[Responsibilities <br/><br/>Senior Implementation Manager (IM) is responsible for all aspects of cash management product/service set-up for new and existing clients of GTS Solutions US.  Acting as a central point of contact for the client, the IM coordinates with required internal partners (i.e., legal, product, operations, technology, risk, and sales) to ensure delivery of products and services is completed within agreed upon timeframes, with full ownership of end-to-end process from client commitment to revenue generation.<br/><br> <br> <br> Provide best in class client experience for on-boarding by effectively managing internal and external client expectations. Manage deliverables from GTS team including requirements from Sales, Product, New Account Setup Unit (NASU), GTS Operations, and Client Services.  Serve as a point of escalation on behalf of the client to ensure timely issue resolution. <br> <br> Maintain a current portfolio of client implementations, monitoring requests in queue to ensure aged items are escalated on a timely basis.  Expertly manage each implementation as a project from end to end while meeting defined SLAs with a focus on expediting revenue generation. <br> <br> Provide feedback and advice on modifications of GTS products and proactively identify and communicate process improvement opportunities. <br> <br> Attend meetings and training as required to continue development and to enhance knowledge of cash management products, processes, and technologies. <br> <br> Provide support to team colleagues as required.  Always live the Credo:  Customers, Colleagues, and Community. <br> <br> Responsible for the quality and timeliness of all project deliverables as well as the implementation of relevant project management practices (status reporting, issue tracking etc). Escalate implementation delays and missed SLAs as appropriate. <br> <br> Facilitate implementation kickoff with client (in-person, via teleconference, or via email as required) to review implementation project plan, roles and responsibilities, and timeframes; regular communication with client and GTS Sales to update status and address issues.  Utilize project plans for managing implementations. <br> <br> Proactively participate in sales support activities, e.g. client presentations and proposals when needed. <br> <br> Perform post-implementation satisfaction, product usage, and customer billing reviews and provide feedback to GTS Sales. <br> <br> Maximize revenue opportunity by referring client opportunities to Sales that are identified during the on-boarding process. <br> <br>  <br/><br/>Qualifications <br/><br/>Detailed knowledge of cash management products and an understanding of the sales process and the client need that drives usage of these products. (Min of 3-5 yrs experience) <br> <br> Strong written and verbal communications skills.  Must be able to adapt and tailor message to particular audience (Sales, Product, Operations, and Client). <br> <br> Ability to understand technical aspects of product/service, both from a functionality perspective but also from an operations/set up perspective and be able to articulate it to a less technical audience (Client and Sales) <br> <br> Strong project management skills with the ability to manage deliverables from multiple partners and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a time-sensitive environment. This individual will be responsible for all management reporting including report development, performance metrics, financial analysis, and presentations to senior executives.
