Responsibilities

Act as primary relationship officer for assigned book of business, targeted at approximately 140 relationships (both borrowing and non borrowing)
Primary focus is on exceeding specific goals around net portfolio growth in loans and deposits along with new production in deposits, loans, cash management and total revenue.
Actively prospect as a way to generate new customer relationships and met or exceed production goals.
Customer retention, profiling and expansion through active calling to portfolio customers for referrals while deepening and growing relationships 
Develop a targeted COI  (center of influence) list and have a detailed plan to build relationships which lead to referral business to achieve goals.
Ability to source, structure and present business lending opportunities.
Actively partner on a weekly basis with internal partners (assigned BBO’s, branches, investment specialist, cash management, mortgage specialist, insurance specialist, your place banking, etc.).  Introduce top clients to appropriate specialist to deepen share of wallet.  Prospect with specialists depending on situation. 
Provide specific assistance to assigned BBO’s for outside joint calling, technical questions related to larger deposit and loan opportunities, etc.
Recording of all call activity and call notes on a weekly basis in SFDC
Required to make a targeted number of “in person” calls to prospects, customers, COI’s and internal partners weekly & monthly.  Discuss these calls in weekly sales meetings and check-ins with Market Managers.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Must be goal oriented as well as flexible and adaptable to a rapidly changing marketing environment.
Minimum of 2 years Business Banking Relationship Management experience in a banking of financial service environment.
Commercial and consumer credit experience required.
Proven track record in sales and business development
Strong oral and written presentation skills
Knowledge of business deposit, cash management and loan products.
Effective networker and active community involvement .

Hours and Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
