Responsibilities

Responsibilities include the analysis, design, testing and implementation of application enhancements, or upgrades and production problems. Primarily working with the managers and supervisors of DMMFO Departments to define the needs and objectives which will further assist in automating functions and streamlining operations while continually improving customer service. This role requires a detailed knowledge of department function(s) and must be knowledgeable in areas of technology and systems management. This role provides technical support for complex system application(s), problem solving, and system documentation.

Works in conjunction with DMMFO manager/customers to define requirements for system enhancements and improvements. This role is relied upon by management to make independent decisions and exercise independent judgment to create solutions for complex problems or system changes. Provides expert advice to business lines for system changes.

Analyzes and solves complex production problems related to the system(s). Collect, review and analyze system related changes to ensure compliance with department SLAs, policies, procedures, and/or regulatory and risk requirements. May develop and maintain certain complex transactions to achieve customer satisfaction.

Provides assistance to staff/customers regarding the implementation of new/updated processes. May also includes training staff/customers. Manages multiple small to medium scale projects.

Acts as a liaison between DMMFO departments, product management, programmers and/or vendors to address system problems and enhancements. Analyzes and is relied upon to create and offer solutions to solve complex production problems related to the system(s).

Expert knowledge to independently develop and maintain certain complex transactions to achieve customer satisfaction. Collect, review and analyze system related changes to ensure compliance with department SLAs, policies, procedures, and/or regulatory and risk requirements.

Represents the business as the subject matter expert and liaison between DMMFO departments, product management, programmers and/or vendors to address and provide solutions to system problems and enhancements. MS Access Data Base, MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint

Strong time management skills

Strong written and verbal skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Quantitative & qualitative reasoning skills

Project Management and Business Process Development skills

Strong fundamental knowledge of computers; mainframe, personal and distributed computers, and software applications for areas supported

Solid knowledge of programming, systems analysis and testing principles

Knowledge of Avaya Predictive Dialing System preferred

Lead business process or business objective

Bachelor Degree required

6 + years of Collections Call Center Management or business line experience,  Project coordination experience, System / business process testing methodologies, professional experience in analysis, operations, systems.
 

Hours and Work Schedule

Hours per Week:   40

Work Schedule:    Tuesday - Saturday 7:00AM - 4:00PM
