Responsibilities

This position can be geographically based in either the Rhode Island or Cleveland, Ohio areas.  The appropriate individual must live within commuting distance of business operations in either of these locations.

The Senior Business Systems Analyst serves as the primary liaison between business line system users, business line analysts and application development for Residential Lending Systems and Applications.

Primary responsibilities for the Senior Business System Analyst include:

Project Initiation, which includes the intake of Project Initiation Documentation, Functional Design Documentation or other business line initiated Discovery Documents used to support system change requests.

Assist in project scoping and project estimation process.

Project execution:

Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules

Communicates and applies project standard

Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients.

Works with users in:

Evaluation and determination of specific business needs,

Developing  detailed user specifications and design documents for use by the development staff,

Coordinates the process through development and testing to implementation. 

Provides escalated (Tier 2 level) application production support.
 

Qualifications

Excellent computer skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent analytical skills

Excellent Team skills including ability to facilitate effective team interaction

Excellent customer skills

Good understanding of bank operations, policies and procedures

Basic knowledge of application support

Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite

Experience with Residential Lending Systems and software preferred

Experience with technical and operations support of computer systems

2-5 years Business Systems Analyst experience

Mortgage Lending background and experience with mortgage lending origination systems preferred.

Experience with LPS Empower (client server or .Net) or equivalent lending applications preferred.

Some overnight travel may be required
 

Hours and Work Schedule

Hours per Week:   40

Work Schedule:    Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
