<title><![CDATA[Reward Manager - (Smithfield, Rhode Island)]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[Responsibilities <br/><br/>Reporting to the Head of Reward – RBS Citizens Financial Group, this role will act as the relationship manager on all compensation matters for the Client Business Services (Technology & Operations) client group.   Partner with Execs, HR, and Compensation partners located in both the US-based Citizens Financial Group or UK-based RBS Global Group. Create a strategic compensation agenda, considering both business and HR priorities, industry pay practices, and emerging market pay trends.   This includes providing guidance, streamlined solutions and alternatives to time sensitive issues encompassing compensation design, communication, administration, and governance.<br/> Other responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:<br/> -Delivering annual plan for corporate pay programs (merit, bonus and equity programs) and business specific incentive plans<br/> -Providing core market benchmarking and competitive assessment reviews to Client Business Services executives and HR leaders<br/> -Contracting larger scale programs with HR leadership (prioritization, timing, resources, budget, etc.)<br/> -Incentive plan consulting design, development, and governance<br/> -Influencing when major adjustment to design and approach are needed to stay ahead of emerging needs/trends<br/> Scale and Scope: <br/> Client Groups:   Operations, Technology, Procurement, Security & Risk, and Property Mgmt.  <br/> Colleagues:   4,700 colleagues, 93 locations, in 24 states<br/> Incentive Plans:   1,500 of the 4,700 colleagues participate in either a Call Center or Debt Mgmt Collection incentive plan.  Executives and Management participate in Global and US-Regional Incentive and Deferral Plans.<br/>  <br/><br/>Qualifications <br/><br/>Minimum of 7+ years of Reward and Compensation experience<br/> Excellent relationship management and project management ability <br/> Excellent influence and communication skills at the executive level<br/> Proven track record of managing compensation issues across multiple client groups<br/> Ability to interpret data, identify critical issues/themes, and develops recommendations<br/> Manage team of compensation consultants/analysts to deliver strategic compensation agenda<br/> High degree of proficiency of Excel, PowerPoint, Word<br/> PeopleSoft Systems experience a plus<br/> Global Client Group experience a plus<br/> Strong service delivery focus<br/>  <br/><br/>Hours and Work Schedule <br/><br/>Hours per Week:   40<br/><br/><br>Work Schedule:    Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM<br/>  <br/><br/>Equal Employment Opportunity <br/><br/>It is the policy of RBS Citizens, N.A. to provide equal employment and advancement opportunities to all colleagues and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, genetic information, pregnancy, veteran or military status, marital or domestic partner status, or any other factor protected by federal, state, and/or local laws.<br/><br>385288]]></description>

<title><![CDATA[HR Business Partner - (Cranston, Rhode Island)]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[Responsibilities <br/><br/>This HR Business Partner role manages the HR relationship with the Technology Services division of Business Services. The primary responsibility of the role is to advise and consult on business strategy.  The HR Business Partner identifies and addresses people related business activity by working with senior business managers to deliver strategic HR solutions. The HR Business Partner will outline and drive the business people plan and sponsor HR projects within Technology Services.  The role is primarily a planning and influencing role as it relates to contributing to the business planning process and securing sponsorship for related HR activity.  The role has responsibility for leveraging the broader HR resources through effective utilization of the HR operating model and a responsibility for ensuring the application of Group policy and practice within the context of the specific business units and a significant responsibility to partner with the business unit heads. The HR Business Partner is a people leader within the business unit and should act as a coach to the Technology Services leadership team on people management and leadership. The HR Business Partner will manage project consultants allocated to their business to deliver specific HR projects and also have the ability to develop financial measures and budget for HR project activity.<br/>  <br/><br/>Qualifications <br/><br/>Seasoned HR Professional with strong HR Business Partner experience in the financial industry and 10+ years experience. Relationship management of multiple individuals at senior/executive level. Project management experience.<br/> Significant Role Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills at senior level. Strong diagnostic skills Organizational design experience. Business knowledge and acumen. People Management.<br/> Technical Knowledge: Organizational Design experience. Talent development and succession planning.
