<description><![CDATA[Responsibilities <br/><br/>The purpose of this position is to ensure that the Bank fulfills its community and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) commitments on a nationalbasis. In this manner, incumbent is responsible for management of community development and outreach, volunteerism, business development. Incumbent has personnel management responsibilities for the Community Investment Relationship Manager family. The incumbent is responsible for program management to result in high visibility opportunities for Citizens Financial Group as a leader and contributor to regional and national communities. <br/> Designs and monitors internal systems to assure that all assigned work and ongoing monitoring is completed on a timely basis and in a manner that complies with all CFG internal policies. <description><![CDATA[Responsibilities <br/><br/>The incumbent reviews and prepares closing packages for equity and mortgage products, contacts branches and settlement agents to obtain routine loan documentation, and resolves documentation issues for loan closings.  The incumbent must have excellent oral communication skills and knowledge of equity and mortgage closing documents. The incumbent is required to meet department productivity and quality standards<br/> Verify accuracy of information input into the system, by comparing key documents such as title, homeowner’s insurance, appraisal and flood certificate.
