Business Syst Analyst III

Responsibilities

Financial Project Management
Responsible for the financial health of the Infrastructure organization. Produce financial reports, direct investment activities, and develop strategies and plans for the long-term financial goals for the organization. Understands basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections and makes decisions accordingly. Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization. Assures project legal documents are completed and signed. Responsibilities
Maintain Infrastructure Services Project Area Financials Ability to analyze BAU (cost of running departments), revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization Daily functions to include by not limited to: Pulling Financial reporting throughout the month Maintaining and updating BAU Forecast Entering all Purchase Requisitions for responsible departments, tracking approvals Process all necessary project Reclasses Tracking Invoices and ensuring proper transfer of funds Execute all SOW/Lease documentation through the procurement/legal process Track SOW and Lease agreements for strategic funding plan Computer Proficiency
Oracle Financial/P2P Sharepoint Administration Microsoft Office Suite – Project/Visio Planview a plus

College degree or business experience equivalent Banking industry experience a plus Budgets and financial Experience 5+ years Project Management Experience 3-5 years Flexibility to work on a variety of projects and teams within Infrastructure Services

Hours and Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
