<title><![CDATA[Premier Relationship Mgr I - (WAKEFIELD, Rhode Island)]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[Responsibilities <br/><br/>Under the guidance of the Premier Banking Sales Manager, incumbent will have responsibility and accountability to service a portfolio of approx 250/300 affluent clients profitably with the objective of growing share of wallet, retention and acquisition of new clients. The RM will have to operate within approved policies and strategies and deliver outstanding service and sales solutions to meet clients’ long and short term goals.<br/> Contribute to profit, sales and product targets of the Retail and Wealth Management Group by selling appropriate wealth management and banking services to the portfolio of clients. To profitably manage, grow and acquire a portfolio of affluent accounts . Maintain existing clients relationship and balances to further develop accounts through cross-selling by maintaining regular personal contact with clients and developing deep long term relationships. Expand the size and quality of the client base through initiating new relationships and developing existing ones to increase the penetration of wealth, investments and retail bank products. Expand number of relationships thru referrals and provide referrals to other bank specialists. Provide a high-level of customer service to clients by resolving and addressing issues and/or concerns, answering questions and coordinating client service activities with other areas of the organization. Become the trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance across the full range of wealth management and banking products, and a consistent, credible, responsive and accessible point of contact for clients. Maintain knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments. Perform compliance review of assigned accounts. Maintain a high awareness of regulations, ethics and compliance issues. Conduct reviews of all accounts and assets in accordance with applicable procedures and requirements.
