<title><![CDATA[BS Business Systems Analyst II - (Warwick, Rhode Island)]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[Responsibilities <br/><br/>This role is responsible for analyzing and solving complex operational, systems-related and/or customer issues. Creates and/or maintains databases and management reports, interpreting data and identifying trends. May also include the reporting of productivity, quality, and other ad hoc requirements in an accurate and timely manner. <br/><br/>This position requires the application of various complex methods, procedures, and knowledge of the business unit’s product(s) and system application(s). This role performs routine, moderately complex analytical review of data and/or documentation which may include customer data and/or review for fraud/risk activities.<br/><br/>May assist in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and training materials to maximize efficiency and customer service. May interface with vendors. May manage small projects requiring coordination with other teams and may perform other such duties as assigned including trouble shooting operational issues.<br/><br/>Collect, review and analyze data and/or documentation to ensure compliance with department SLAs, policies, procedures, and/or regulatory and risk requirements. Maintain/create accurate and timely reports and/or documentation with minimal supervision. May perform ad hoc analysis and reporting. Manage competing priorities in an accurate and timely manner. Utilize department specific system applications. Analyzing and solving operational issues. <title><![CDATA[Business Syst Analyst III - (Warwick, Rhode Island)]]></title>
<description><![CDATA[Responsibilities <br/><br/>Responsibilities include the analysis, design, testing and implementation of application enhancements, or upgrades and production problems. Primarily working with the managers and supervisors of DMMFO Departments to define the needs and objectives which will further assist in automating functions and streamlining operations while continually improving customer service. This role requires a detailed knowledge of department function(s) and must be knowledgeable in areas of technology and systems management. This role provides technical support for complex system application(s), problem solving, and system documentation.<br/><br/>Works in conjunction with DMMFO manager/customers to define requirements for system enhancements and improvements. This role is relied upon by management to make independent decisions and exercise independent judgment to create solutions for complex problems or system changes. Provides expert advice to business lines for system changes.<br/><br/>Analyzes and solves complex production problems related to the system(s). Collect, review and analyze system related changes to ensure compliance with department SLAs, policies, procedures, and/or regulatory and risk requirements. May develop and maintain certain complex transactions to achieve customer satisfaction.<br/><br/>Provides assistance to staff/customers regarding the implementation of new/updated processes. May also includes training staff/customers. Manages multiple small to medium scale projects.<br/><br/><br>Acts as a liaison between DMMFO departments, product management, programmers and/or vendors to address system problems and enhancements. Analyzes and is relied upon to create and offer solutions to solve complex production problems related to the system(s).<br/><br/>Expert knowledge to independently develop and maintain certain complex transactions to achieve customer satisfaction. Collect, review and analyze system related changes to ensure compliance with department SLAs, policies, procedures, and/or regulatory and risk requirements.<br/><br/>Provides assistance to staff/customers regarding the implementation of new/updated processes. May also includes training staff/customers. Manages multiple small to medium scale projects with little or no supervision. Represents the business as the subject matter expert and liaison between DMMFO departments, product management, programmers and/or vendors to address and provide solutions to system problems and enhancements.
